we make all of our snacks fresh each week. That means, we ship once a week as well. So, please be patient with us and any delays in getting your order. Remember, your products will last longer once in your home if you can wait a few extra days for your fresh food. It's worth it.

PRODUCT RETURNS

As of right now, we are a small company that works as quickly as we can. If you have received the wrong item or your product was damaged or spoiled, we will happily replace your order and pay for shipping.

However, if you do not like the TASTE or texture of the product you will have to ship the items back to us and then we can discuss store credit from there.
