we make all of our snacks fresh each week. That means, we ship once a week as well. So, please be patient with us and any delays in getting your order. Remember, your products will last longer once in your home if you can wait a few extra days for your fresh food. It's worth it.

Also, you may not get a follow-up email with tracking info. If it's been over 7 days and you still have not received your order, please feel free to contact us - orders {at} kookiekarma.com - and we'll be happy to give it to you.

PRODUCT RETURNS

As of right now, we are a small company that works as quickly and efficiently as we can. If you have received the wrong item or your product was damaged or spoiled, we will happily replace your order and pay for shipping but we require either you to return original product to us OR to take a photo and email it us { orders@kookiekarma.com }.

However, if you do not like the TASTE or texture of the product you will have to ship the items back to us and then we can discuss store credit from there. We will not refund money unless the order has not yet shipped and you have changed your mind.
